Sometimes your budget won’t stretch to a full face to face Doula package. Sometimes you love my vibe but you don’t live in my area. Sometimes you’d like all of the amazing benefits of having a Doula but you don’t feel like you need someone to physically be there on the day. My Virtual Doula Service may be for you.

Having a Virtual Doula is like having your very own pregnancy pal in your pocket. Through online classes, Zoom calls, watsapp messages and voicenotes you gain access to an abundance of knowledge, research and birth education without ever having to leave your house!

My virtual doula package includes:

Initial meeting (online for 1 hour)
A 1 hour meeting for you and any birth partners so we can meet, chat and get super excited about your birth. We can discuss your main priorities, bond, laugh, drink tea and agree our plan

x2 Online Pregnancy Prep Sessions 1.5 hours each
You can schedule these throughout your pregnancy as and when feels best. During these sessions we can plan to cover certain pregnancy topics or you can use the space just to catch up, prep for appointments, have your questions answered or blow off some steam.

WhatsApp support
As your virtual doula I’m on the other end of the phone to offer support and put you at ease. You can use this service to check in with me between sessions, ask any burning questions or just receive a little pep talk to calm your mind and boost your confidence. We can also use these message to swap links, share research and voice note. (Available Monday-Friday 9-5 unless emergency situations arise where I will attempt to be available for you as soon as possible)

Access to resources
As a virtual client you will have access to various resources that are appropriate to your journey. These may include birth plan templates, packing lists, visualisation exercises, affirmations, breathing technique sheets, colouring sheets and more!

Doula on call
I will be lovingly at the other end of the phone for you from 38 weeks until baby. Nighttime niggle? Wednesday wobble? Change of plans last minute? I’m there.

Labour support
When the big day comes I will be 100% available for you and any birth partners via phone, watsapp and video call for support, cheerleading and guidance 💗

Investment
£595*
Example payment plan £100 deposit on booking and then spilt the rest in to 6 monthly instalments of £82.50

*Extra support sessions are charged at £55 per hour and can be agreed on an ad hoc basis
